I was so hungry but didnt want to overeat cause of a later event in the evening. Popped on in cause Bò Né is such a vietnamese classic. 

The best way to describe this is that its like a warm hug. It's hearty, relatively light, and really so simple but super filling. Will definitely come back for more!

First off let me say their chili oil is bomb! It definitely has a kick and some heat that lingers which I love. Some places you can use a lot and it's not spicy but here you might want to go sparingly.
